Our powerlifting and strength classes cater to individuals seeking to enhance their physical prowess through targeted and challenging exercises. Led by experienced instructors, these classes provide a structured and empowering environment for adults to build strength, improve form, and achieve their fitness goals.

Post-Menopausal Strength Class

Every M-W-F
5:00–6:00 pm

This intermediate to advanced strength class is for post-menopausal women looking to enhance their strength, balance, and overall fitness. Meeting twice a week, participants engage in a variety of resistance training exercises that focus on building muscle mass, improving bone density, and boosting metabolism.

​

Led by Mimosa, the class emphasizes proper form and technique to ensure safety and effectiveness. Participants will work with bodyweight exercises, free weights, resistance bands, and machines tailored to their individual fitness levels.

​

Currently, there is one opening available for new members to join this empowering community focused on strength and wellness. This one-hour class meets twice a week. 

Whether you're aiming to maintain your fitness or push your limits, this class provides the guidance and support needed to achieve your goals.​

Sunday Teen Starter Strength Class

Every Sunday

4:30–5:30 pm

Our Sunday Teen Starter Strength Class is currently at full capacity with no openings available. This 90-minute session focuses on the three classic barbell lifts: squat, bench press, and deadlift.

​

Designed for young athletes, participants learn proper techniques, safety protocols, and effective training methods to build strength and enhance athletic performance. The supportive environment fosters teamwork and motivation, making it a great experience for all involved.​​

Beginner Strength Class (AGES 18+)

Every M-W-F
5:00–6:00 pm

Our Beginner Strength Class is designed for individuals looking to build a solid foundation in three key barbell lifts: squat, bench press, and deadlift. This one-hour class meets three times a week and focuses on proper technique, strength development, and overall fitness.

Participants will learn the fundamentals of each lift, with guidance on form and safety to prevent injury. The class emphasizes progressive overload, helping members gradually increase their strength over time.

In addition to skill development, there's a casual focus on bridging into competitive powerlifting for those interested. We discuss the basics of powerlifting competitions, training strategies, and a supportive community to help you on your journey.

Sunday Teen Starter Strength Class

Every M-W-F

5:30-7 pm

We are excited to announce the formation of a high school competitive powerlifting team for Fall 2025! This team will meet for 90 minutes, three times a week, focusing on the foundational lifts: squat, bench press, and deadlift.

​

Our program emphasizes proper form and adherence to competition regulations, ensuring that each athlete develops safe and effective lifting techniques. In addition to technical skills, we aim to foster camaraderie and self-discipline among team members. Through teamwork and support, athletes will not only improve their strength but also build lasting friendships and a strong sense of community.
