Our powerlifting and strength classes cater to individuals seeking to enhance their physical prowess through targeted and challenging exercises. Led by experienced instructors, these classes provide a structured and empowering environment for adults to build strength, improve form, and achieve their fitness goals.


Beginner Powerlifting (AGES 18+)
Every M-W-F
6:00–7:30 pm

To be a powerlifter means being dedicated to a goal: Find out how strong you can get, and then get stronger than that. Powerlifting takes three seemingly simple exercises—the deadlift, squat, and bench press—and works to learn and excel in every single aspect of them, since strength is just as much a skill as it is a quantifiable characteristic.

Junior Strength Training (AGES 12–14)

4:30–5:45 pm

In our classes, we meticulously instruct and refine a diverse range of strength-building movements, commencing with lighter weights to prioritize proper form and technique. Each student embarks on a personalized progression, guided by specified weights tailored by their coach. Regular feedback from the students ensures a safe and well-paced development of strength, fostering a supportive environment for their fitness journey.
