Owner/Personal Trainer

Mimosa has been a dedicated coach at Overload Gym since 2022 and took a significant step forward in her career by purchasing the gym in 2025. With a passion for strength and well-being, she believes in creating a welcoming environment for all. Mimosa is focused on fostering a sense of community, solidifying the gym as a space that breaks the barriers of traditional workouts. It is a place where individuals can come as they are, feel supported, and thrive on their wellness journeys. Her commitment to inclusivity ensures that everyone feels valued and empowered in their pursuit of health.
